Your new role:

• Managing service related enquires from homeowners, councils, contractors and other entities
• Responding to service call outs and fixing pumps on-site
• Installing pumps
• Pump maintenance
• Workshop pump repairs and delivery of fixed pumps back to site
• Ensure tools and equipment are well maintained
• Scheduled maintenance for commercial sites
• Use simPRO to accurately maintain service records and document parts usage correctly for invoicing purposes

What you'll need to succeed:

• Take responsibility and ownership of the work
• Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Physically fit & energetic
• Quick learner

• Electrical EST Certificate
• E/One Certification
• Knowledge of drainage systems and water pumps desirable
• Forklift license desirable
