Warehouse Administrator

Looking for an excellent Warehouse Administrator to join a friendly dynamic team in Mount Wellington

Your new role
  • Running weekly branch replenishment reports and coordinating with branches on requirements
  • Expediting all purchase orders and maintaining the system
  • Assisting with stocktakes to ensure accuracy , locating stock and reconciling
  • Reconciling credits, processing and invoicing
  • Run weekly H&S audits
  • Adding Costs to shipments and reconciling as well as control and reconcile all inwards goods
  • Distributing shipments to branches as they arrive
  • Enter consignment details for orders;
  • Management of SAP - scan and attach documents into SAP
  • Assist with customer service on the sales counter and warehouse as required
  • Coordinate with other departments planning with stock outs to resolve shortages
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service in person, or over the telephone
  • Comply with the Health & Safety system, manuals and procedures

What you'll need to succeed
  • Sound Microsoft Office and numeracy skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You will need to be energetic and self-motivated
  • Enjoy working in a friendly team environment
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
