Your new role
Responsible for coordinating the administrative services of the trades business – plumbing, gasfitting and drainage. Coordinates and manages maintenance team jobs and liaises with customers. Manages trades maintenance issues, offering administrative support, and answering phone calls and general office duties.

  • Manages and oversees enquiries from customers, schedules, and despatches trades team to coordinate work and to answer and resolve queries
  • Debriefs trades team on completion of each job to ensure client satisfaction, conducts quality assurance checks and makes sure trades staff have completed work according to instructions
  • Enters trades tender and quotes pricing to Nimbus and sends to customers
  • Manages invoice queries from customers
  • Run front desk and receive all customers and visitors to the office
  • Responsible for managing the company and trades email in boxes and disperses as appropriate.
  • H&S duties and responsibility as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Several years experience in a similar role
  • Background in scheduling and despatch functions is highly desirable
  • Experience in trades / construction or services industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills is paramount – both verbal & written
  • Professional and calm under pressure
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service focus
