Your new role
Working as a Team Manager at Hays provides you the opportunity to impact the success and growth across the entire Technology Team. You will be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and have a genuine passion for accelerating careers through coaching, training, and mentorship. As Team Manager you will have clear pathway to Manager; we are committed to developing you through both structured training and innovative development programs designed specifically for you as a member of the leadership team.

As a Recruitment Partner Manager, your role will be focussed on generating strong IT Tech Candidates and work with warm, established clients. You will also use your knowledge and skills to support the growth and development of the wider Technology team, allowing for all to reach their desired goals. You will assist in establishing a fun, collaborative and support culture, allowing for your recruiters to reach their professional goals.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in recruitment and is looking for that next step. Alternatively, you are an experienced recruiter, but looking to move away from cold business development. Internally, it's important that you can build strong relationships across other specialisms in our business and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
