Your new company
Join an established IT company based in Christchurch, managing services for about 200 organisations over 250 servers consisting of 3000 users. They also have offices in Wellington, Hamilton, Christchurch and Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be working within a team of 7 people servicing your own pool of clients on a ticketing system. You will be assisting with day-to-day user issues, onboarding new users, setting up hardware, application fixes, network diagnosis and troubleshooting systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent Communication
- Background experience in a help desk environment
- Microsoft experience (MS 365, outlook, exchange)
- Windows Server is a must
- VMware and Citrix experience would be useful but not essential
