Your new role
Leading a team of 9, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and managing:
  • IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)
  • High Impact Incident Management
  • Change Management - Adjusting policies & standards to reflect their evolving infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced leader who has worked in large complex organisations, you'll bring skills/experience with:
  • Team/people management
  • Experience with ITSCM.
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management & ITIL practice.
  • Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management).
  • Continuous improvement & change management/implementation experience.
  • ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM experience is highly desirable.
