What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Chartered Professional Engineer
• Ability to lead and manage projects
• Strong interpersonal skills

The role

In this role, you will be expected to lead the structural engineering team and provide technical expertise to junior members of staff, lead research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes and work closely with other disciplines in-house and across three offices to deliver projects for the companies clients
