Your new role

• Manage consultant teams through various phases of project
• Contract administration of ECI / Managing Contract delivery model
• Liaising with senior client representatives
• Work closely with up and coming Project Managers, helping to mentor and develop them.
• Lead project delivery.
• Lead programming and planning of major projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Client Side Project Management experience in NZ
• High density Residential project experience
• Strong IT skills
• Proven people management and leadership capabilities
• Experience in front end design and planning management as well as services related to construction phases including contract administration and programming
