Senior Payroll Specialised required in Wellington CBD - 5 Month contract

Your new company is looking to onboard a Senior payroll specialist to join the team for 5 months with the possibility to go permanent

Your new role
In your new role you will play a key part in the payroll team reporting directly to the head of HR. The main responsibility for the role are:

  • Organising and prioritise fortnightly pay runs
  • Identify data discrepancies
  • BAU payroll processing using SAP
  • Take ownership of pay runs issues and lead resolution

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role have the following:
  • Strong background of payroll in a senior position
  • In depth understanding of nz payroll legislation
  • Experience with SAP
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft officer
