Your new role
Providing an efficient and high quality payroll service to employees of the company:

  • Deliver the accountabilities including meeting annual KPIs
  • Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in accordance with all company policies and procedures, legislation and employment agreements

This may include but is not limited to:
  • Payroll Administration
  • Payroll Processing
  • OneStaff Processing
  • Support to Team Leader
  • Relationship Management
  • Continuous Improvement

What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications & Experience:
  • NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in working with electronic payroll systems and processes, preferably in a large organisation
  • An understanding of human resource and payroll related legislation
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • PeopleSoft experience is advantageous
  • An understanding of collective and individual employment contracts
