My client is an industry leader in New Zealand as part of a wider global organisation within FMCG. They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join them in their Auckland office.
Your new role
Reporting to the GM HR in Australia, you'll work closely with the NZ Managers providing generalist HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
What you'll need to succeed
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting Managers with ER and performance management
- Advising on policies and processes
- Supporting the HR strategy across NZ
- Supporting Managers with union relationships
- Driving a high performance brand and culture
- Championing H&S within the business
You'll be a confident HR generalist with 3+ years experience and a thorough working knowledge of NZ employment legislation. You'll thrive in a varied hands on role where you are the trusted Advisor throughout the business working closely with the Managers to support a high performing team and culture.
You'll bring with you exceptional relationship and communication skills along with energy and a passion for your work. You'll enjoy a role where you can use initiative and problem solving skills to achieve desired outcomes.
