Our client is a leading organisation providing construction and facilities management services across New Zealand. They have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior HR Advisor to join their facilities team.
Your new role
Working as part of a high performing team, you'll be first point of contact for line managers providing quality HR advice and support. Key responsibilities include:
- HR advice on areas such as policy, employment, performance and ER issues
- Facilitating capability, learning and development
- Supporting collective bargaining
- Coaching on policies and procedures
- Supporting with HR projects
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an HR Generalist with 2 years + experience at an Advisor or Senior Advisor level and proven working knowledge of NZ employment legislation. You'll thrive in a complex environment and will enjoy a varied role with a particular interest in capability development.
With a solutions based approached, you'll have the ability to influence and challenge decisions whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload is essential.
