This progressive mid-sized Waikato law firm is well established in the local market and continues to grow from strength to strength. They undertake high quality work for variety of clientele, utilising a collaborative team approach and positive results. They are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
Your new role
Working alongside partners and supporting junior staff, you'll be undertaking a wide variety of commercial property legal matters including sales and acquisitions of businesses, subdivisions, development projects, preparing and negotiation contracts and commercial leases. You'll be working across a broad range of industry sectors covering commercial, government and private sector.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll need 5-10 yrs PQE within a commercial property solicitor role and looking to expand your knowledge and experience further. You'll ideally bring proven experience within subdivisions and a wide array of commercial experience. The ability to build relationships, provide support to junior staff and provide quality work and legal advise to clients is pivotal. Candidates must have a NZ Practicing or be eligible to obtain one quickly.
