Your new role
Our client are looking to improve their claims process. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will assist with process development for Claims, which includes high-level process documentation, stakeholder management, automation and system implementation and customer interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Senior level experience as a Business Analyst
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders across the business
- Possess excellent organisational skills and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Have a good understanding of Agile methodology
- Have the rights to live and work in New Zealand
