A well established Kiwi software solutions company that has been partnering with well-known utilities organizations across 30 countries. Due to increased demand for their services and exciting upcoming projects, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team to shape their evolution.

Your new role
In this dynamic role you will be the subject matter expert for their software solutions (including CRM and billing solutions), enabling end to end customisation and implementation for new and existing customers from the pre-sales stage. Working predominantly in an agile environment, your responsibilities will involve stakeholder engagement and defining techno-functional requirements for new and existing customers to enable customisation and integration with client systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a intermediate- senior technical business analyst ideally with a background in supporting software development/customisation and experience across the billing and/or utilities sector. You will have:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders and leaders across all levels of the business.
• Experience working in an agile environment with product and development teams
• Successfully delivered technical projects - systems and/or products
• Experience in defining techno-functional requirements for software
