Your new company

They are a company with a team of individuals who are passionate about enhancing people’s Environments. Their purpose is to enhance homes and communities across New Zealand. They have been busy renovating homes following the healthy homes legislation. They are currently working on 300 houses per month.

Your new role

There are three new opportunities that arised in Christchurch with this company. They are fixed term with a potential to go permanent for the right candidate. The three roles available are:

- Scoper
Job Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be working within the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the Healthy Homes Standards.
  • You will be working with sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver residential works.
  • Your responsibilities will include scoping and assessing of residential properties.

- Delivery Supervisor
Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Quality assurance of trades work
  • Invoicing of jobs
  • Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standard
  • Scoping of residential properties

- Compliance Officer
Job Responsibilities will Include:

  • Sign off work on site to the healthy homes’ legislation standards
  • Ensure quality standards are met through providing audit, checks and quality training.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade knowledge is preferred, but not essential
  • Understanding of the healthy homes programme
  • Ability to enter information on a software system
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines
  • Able to travel regionally when required
  • Ability to adapt to different environments
