Your new role
Your responsibilities will focus on the following areas:

• Generation of leads and prospective customers through ongoing and consistent cold calling
• Working with both existing and new clients to grow the brand in the Hawke's Bay region
• Meeting monthly budget KPIs along with daily CRM activity
• Customer retention and satisfaction
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
