Your new role
Your responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
- Generation of leads and prospective customers through ongoing and consistent cold calling
- Working with both existing and new clients to grow the brand in the Hawke's Bay region
- Meeting monthly budget KPIs along with daily CRM activity
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
