Your new company
This FMCG supplier is a fast paced dynamic business looking for a team member to join their large business. Their Wellington office is based in Porirua however for this role you will only be in the office around 20% of your time spending the rest of your time out in front of your customers. This role has surfaced due to multiple internal promotions which is what the companies culture prides itself on.
Your new role
You will be providing an excellent service to your allocated customers with a focus of financial, volume and account targets. You will develop strategies to drive growth within your existing customer base, and hunt down new business to add to it. You will be out of the office and in front of your customers around 80% of your work hours, and so will need to have completed prior market analysis and planning.
What you'll need to succeed
- A hospitality background/passion
- Excellent communication + relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven and results focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous sales or account management experience is preferred but not essential
