Your new company is a well-recognised local construction company. Due to their great reputation in the market, they have secured a strong pipeline of architectural projects in Queenstown. They are looking for their next Residential foreman to join their team. They are a very well established company, locally owned with a wealth of experience. They are constantly recruiting for the best.

Your new role
Being a smaller company running multiple high end projects, you will be responsible for the day to day running of builds, running a crew of skilled carpenters and apprentices, and liaising with sub trades and project managers alike to insure the smooth completion of builds. If you are an experienced foreman, there is possibilities to head up other projects and supervise some of the other onsite crews. This role will be 60% off the tools 40% on the tools.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with Architectural builds
• NZ Trade Qualification (LBP a Bonus)
• Own tools of the trade
• Living in Central Otago or be willing to relocate
• Experience running teams as a foreman
