Regional Support Analyst

6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | L2 Support for an established ANZ FMCG.

Your new role
Reporting to the IT Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for L2 technology support including troubleshooting of:

  • Software issues - Windows 10, Microsoft applications and similar applications
  • Hardware issues – Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Network issues – Supporting offshore server and networks teams with switches, patching, and racking of equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5 years or more working experience in an IT Technical role
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT-related discipline
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment or ITIL V3 certification
  • Strong technical skills, CCNA or MCSE certification is an advantage
  • Experience in Regional support environment is preferred
  • Effective interpersonal skills essential to maintain good working relationship and empathy with technical and non-technical users
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good knowledge of: Microsoft environment; Windows 10, Office 365, Apple iPhone and Samsung Android.
