Your new role

When you join us as a Candidate Resourcer, you can look forward to hands-on training and development that is second to none.

Working alongside experienced recruiters, you'll have the chance to develop deep sector expertise and gain insight from the very best in the business. You might already have some recruitment experience or may have recently finished university and enjoyed working in sales or customer service previously. Your focus will be on sourcing and managing a strong pipeline of candidates within a specific sector, working alongside a team of specialist recruiters to ensure that we provide our clients with a high quality of candidates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage our relationships with new and existing candidates through regular and purposeful contact.
  • Source candidates through a variety of methods such as advertising, LinkedIn and calling through our database.
  • Carry out effective candidate screening and face to face interviews.
  • Build relationships with both passive and active job seekers.
  • Put forward shortlist of candidates to specific, often time sensitive roles with our clients.
  • Reference taking and managing compliance.
