Your new role
As a Recruitment Partner within our Technology team, you will work with an experienced team of technology recruiters who will provide you with the training, guidance, support, and resources you need to excel in this new role. Your specialist focus will be spent on our candidate channel, finding and engaging with experienced information technology candidates throughout the region.
On any given day you are likely to be involved in:
What you'll need to succeed
- reviewing position descriptions for job opportunities;
- attracting talented candidates through advertising campaigns;
- networking and driving referrals from existing candidates;
- proactively engaging with new candidates through social media networks;
- screening and assessing applicants through phone and face to face interviews;
- preparing and submitting shortlists to clients, detailing relevant experienced candidates;
- coordinating interviews with clients and candidates
Our Recruitment Partners come for a wide range of educational backgrounds but share a common goal; we love what we do, we have an interest in technology and are passionate about connecting organisations and individuals to grow careers and businesses alike. Perhaps you are an internal recruiter seeking to move into a more varied role, or a 360 recruiter wanting to move away from cold business development?
