Your new role
As a Recruiting Expert at Hays, you’ll be in charge of managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates.

Every day, you’ll win business, consult with organisations about their recruitment needs and help shape people’s careers. We have three recruitment models that allow our people the opportunity to work with their interests and skills: traditional 360 recruiter ; candidate focussed only or client focussed only.

What you'll need to succeed
We are currently recruiting across our Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga, Dunedin and Christchurch offices and therefore welcome applications from experienced recruiters either locally or seeking to explore life in New Zealand.

To be successful in this role you require strong communication skills, a passion for people and a background in recruitment.
