What to expect
As a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you’re in charge of managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, winning business and consulting with organisations on their recruitment needs. Your expertise, drive and determination will ensure your success in this full recruitment lifecycle role. We create recruitment experts that can treat their desks as their own business, with the backing of a global FTSE 250 organisation, that will give you all the tools available to help you succeed.
