Your new role
We are hiring for an Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our Office Support & Corporate team. You will be joining experienced team where training and guidance is provided while you develop your skills and industry knowledge. As a recruitment consultant you will partner with clients and candidates for the full cycle of recruitment. This will involve you sourcing candidates and getting in front of clients – this is a full 360 role that will allow you to develop your own business and recruitment style. The office support has a high volume of job so you will be kept busy matching candidates and clients together on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a passion for people and not be afraid of taking on a challenge, previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage but not critical. Our office support team are a positive and high energy team where they work together to create success. We will provide you with the recruitment training, however you need to bring the soft skills and a willingness to work hard and succeed.
