Your new role
We have several opportunities available in our growing Wellington team, suited to applicants from different experience backgrounds:
1) Associate Recruitment Consultant:
If you have ever considered a career in recruitment, then this is a great opportunity for you. We are seeking to bring on board hardworking, passionate and resilient consultants for our IT or Corporate Team.
You will need to demonstrate grit and a passion for people. This opportunity will provide you with exposure to the full cycle of recruitment as you will be sourcing candidates and getting in front of clients - a full 360 role that will keep you on your toes! We will provide the recruitment training, however you need to bring the soft skills and a willingness to work hard and succeed!
2) Senior Recruitment Consultant:
If you have experience in recruitment or come from an internal recruitment or sales background, we want to hear from you. We have several teams who are looking to expand by bringing on strong candidates who have a passion for people and who is up to the challenge of expanding our footprint in the Wellington market.
Our teams are passionate, social and supportive and although we have the support from a global business, we are a close-knit family where you will not feel like a number. Opportunity in our Corporate, IT and Trades business.
3) Key Client Engagement Manager:
Do you enjoy being in front of clients? Are you someone who wants to be out of the office, having commercial conversations? If you enjoy being part of your clients' growth, then this opportunity is ideal for you.
We are looking for experienced Recruiters or individuals who come from a business development background, who are looking to join our growing IT business. Perhaps you have an interest in all things IT and you want to turn your passion into your job?
