Your new role
This person is this role will become a key addition to a team of experienced, dedicated Consultants in our Wellington office and will manage the recruitment of one of our up busiest sectors – Sales and Marketing. We want to continue to grow our market share in this sector and build on the position we currently hold locally and to do this, we require a motivated and experienced business developer. The right person for this desk will have the confidence to work strategically to develop their client base with an established and ambitious sales plan. They will be a born relationship builder, with a passion for building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike and ambition to become the go-to local market expert.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role it is essential that you either have experience within the Sales and Marketing sector, previous recruitment experience or experience working in a Sales environment. You will be passionate about building new businesses and your resume should highlight recent and specific performance results around KPI’s and targets with examples of recent successes.
