Our Dunedin office is looking to recruit two new team members to join our close-knit, hardworking team.
Your new role
We have an opportunity for a Team Manager to manager our Dunedin office. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced external recruiter seeking to move into a Manager's role, or a Manager seeking to join a smaller team and be part of the growth of a new branch. In this role you will be part of the growth of the team, by providing day to day support and guidance to the wider office. You will be someone who loves working under pressure and who loves supporting and inspiring those around you. You will still enjoy both client and candidate interactions and will use your experience in recruitment to contribute to the growth of the Dunedin business.
We also have an opportunity for a junior recruitment consultant, someone who has always been interested in the world of agency recruitment, but who has not had an entry level opportunity in the industry.
As a Recruitment Consultant within the Dunedin team, you will successfully use your strong communication skills, confident nature and authenticity to manage relationships with your existing clients and partner with them to support all their hiring needs.
As you are someone who loves building new relationships, you will enjoy the challenge of going out to market to continuously grow your client portfolio for purposes of generating new business.
You will call on your resilience, creativity and relationship building skills, to find and engage with sought after job seekers throughout New Zealand and partner with them to support their job search.
As a Recruitment Consultant with Hays, you are passionate about working with people, you are ambitious to excel and you are motivated to keep working hard for your job seekers and clients alike.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in recruitment you will be someone who loves interacting with people and who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of job seekers and business owners.
You are someone who is motivated by working against targets and KPIs and who loves the pressure associated with working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
