Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant

Starting immediately- long term position

My client takes pride in their team culture offering support, training and variety! We are seeking a new addition to join our client in their new office in Commercial Bay.

Your new role
  • Collect outgoing mail, sort and record same
  • Maintain all office equipment such as water filters, dishwashers, fridges etc
  • Prepare and list cheques as per cheque handling procedures required by Finance
  • Assist with the set up and clearing of client and staff meeting/functions as required
  • Provide relief for reception when required
  • Assist with supervision of external contractors attending site

What you'll need to succeed

  • Administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professionally presented
