Your new role
You will be the face of the company as a receptionist, key tasks include:
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Answering phones
  • Scanning / filling documents
  • Daily mail and couriers
  • General administration
  • Stationary
  • Event management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Database management - set up new clients, reprint invoices/statements, updating Xero
  • Health and Safety

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly personality
  • Reception / admin experience
