Your new role
You will be the face of the company as a receptionist, key tasks include:
- Meet and greet clients
- Answering phones
- Scanning / filling documents
- Daily mail and couriers
- General administration
- Stationary
- Event management
- Travel arrangements
- Database management - set up new clients, reprint invoices/statements, updating Xero
- Health and Safety
What you'll need to succeed
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly personality
- Reception / admin experience
