Work with a Government funded organisation that manage projects across Aotearoa. This is a newly established role supporting the Project Director with administrative duties.

Your new role
  • Project administration
  • Preparing for board meetings
  • Arranging meetings
  • Managing the Project Directors diary
  • The role will be Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working- working from home and office
  • Based in CBD
  • 6 month contract- possibility of going permanent

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Can-do attitude- the right fit is very important
  • Flexible and demonstrate the ability to prioritise
  • Able to commit to 6 months
