Pricing and Sales Analyst

Covering whilst current incumbent is on secondment, this role is crucial to the commerciality of the business

Your new role
• Analysis and reporting of the sales, marketing & pricing areas of the business
• Completion of sales, margin and volume components of budgets.
• Management of sales and marketing financial and S&OP forecast process.
• Operational management of BI data loads, its integrity and business-wide reporting. Development of new reporting.
• Financial modeling of key business initiatives and projects.
• Responsibility for delivering Cost to Serve data and analysis to the business.
• Pricing: Supporting business in ongoing review and determination of appropriate pricing, strategies, and policies.
• Price management function in ERP. Manage price lists, review & optimize Customer segmentation and Discount management.
• Manage pricing tools; Customer Price book, Discount Request, and Quoting.
• Monitor price leakages, improve existing processes to reduce manual overrides.
• To drive performance management and measurement in the sales and marketing function including pipeline management and identifying new market opportunities.
• Support specification process through measurement, reporting and ongoing process development.
• Maintain and develop market models to measure as accurately as possible market share and relative performance.
• Sales incentives programs; management, review and calculations
• Oversee the management of loyalty program with Marketing
• Salesforce CRM support in an administration capacity.
• Assist in the development of processes to support sales team in interacting with business.
• Maintain a culture of high performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary degree in Business or equivalent with at least 8 years’ experience in an analytical role

What you'll get in return
Long term contract (until approximately August 2022) and potential to move into other contracts or a permanent role once this one is complete.
