Your new role
This position will see you acting as PA to two senior partners within a busy accounting firm while also assisting the team when required. Due to the fast paced nature of the role you must be able to multi-task and be able to take each day as it comes as no two days will be the same. This in an opportunity to be an exceptionally rewarding role where you will be able to really add to your skill set and get the chance to work within a senior PA team.
  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Control of monthly billing
  • Compose, type, and distribute letters, reports, proposals, presentations, and other documents.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to individuals. Make calls on behalf of the Partners.
  • Manage travel arrangement for Partners and his/her immediate team, including arrangements for taxis and/or rental cars if required.

What you'll need to succeed
  • PA Experience
  • Highly developed PA skills, great attention to detail
  • Fantastic attitude, a real team player and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and the ability to get through high volumes of work
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • It is essential that you are highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Are extremely well organised, highly pro-active and demonstrate initiative and sound judgement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3+ years PA experience and it is essential that you are highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally you may also have knowledge of APS and Virtual Cabinet. You will have highly developed PA skills, an amazing attitude and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure as you will be working with two of the senior partners within the company.
