Personal Assistant

This is a very fast-paced & demanding role.You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of 2 directors.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Personal Assistant! This is a very fast-paced and demanding role, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of two busy partners and their teams. Your daily workload will never be the same and your skills, poise and time management skills will be constantly challenged.

Your new role
  • Calendar manager- multiple dairies
  • Monthly billing
  • Travel
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Tender engagement, risk and other relevant documentation and much more

What you'll need to succeed
  • Highly developed PA skills, great attention to detail
  • Fantastic attitude, a real team player and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and the ability to get through high volumes of work
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • It is essential that you are highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Are extremely well organised, highly pro-active and demonstrate initiative and sound judgement.
