This is a well established company looking to bring on board a full time permanent Payroll Administrator position. This is a great opportunity for a driven person to further grow your career in payroll.
Your new role
You will be working within the finance team reporting directly to the General Manager of People & culture. This role is a key part of the team they are responsible for liaising between different departments and ensuring that they are the go to person for all payroll related queries and providing support to the further team.

What you'll need to succeed
- Ensuring that payroll services are done in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborating with both internal & external stakeholders
- Proactively responding to payroll enquires
- Supporting payroll related projects if required
To succeed in this role you will need to have some experience in similar roles, you will have sound understanding of complex administration task and ideally Payroll experience as well.
A good understanding of the current NZ legislation including holiday act, employment relations act and Wage protection act is also desirable but not essential. Along with this have a strong desire to learn and have fantastic communication skills.
