Permanent opportunity for Office Administrators in Christchurch.

Your new company
We are seeking an Office Administrator for our client – a small construction company who is currently in need of an Admin Support. Do you enjoy being organise, proactive and has an eye for detail? We might be looking for you!

  • Full time, permanent contract, 8am-4.30pm (40 hours a week)
  • Start: the sooner the better
  • Salary: $26-$28
  • Location: Belfast, office based

Your new role
  • Putting new jobs though the system, creating quotes and sending them to suppliers
  • Creating purchase orders Inbound calls
  • Administration across the company
  • Writing down the orders
  • Managing office policies and procedures, taking care of H&S documentation
  • Inducting new staff, ensuring they are booked in for relevant training and can perform their duties safely

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience as an admin support
  • Friendly attitude, detail oriented
  • Hardworking, self-driven, ambitious Excel (basics), MS word, Outlook
  • A will to organise and keep documentation at one place accessible to everyone
