Your new role
We are looking for a legal secretary with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the area of property and conveyancing. However, we will consider someone who hasn't worked in this area, but has strong experience in a legal environment. Key duties include drafting legal documents for settlement, completing company searches, liaising with banks, Council and other departments, preparing e-dealings and other general office admin.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can handle the pressure that comes with settlements and property work. This team is supportive but ambitious so you'll need to be able to take initiative, work well autonomously and have a go-getter attitude! You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and be someone who can multi-task easily.
