Based in a great location near Hagley Park, this is a large National company with offices overseas as well. Working in the areas of Engineering, infrastructure and environmental science, this is an interesting firm with a variety of work and lots of potential for progression!

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Legal PA or Legal Secretary with at least 2 years experience who is looking for a change from private practice. This role offers the ability to see another side of the legal environment! Key responsibilities include preparing documentation for meetings and organising meetings, preparing board resolutions, maintaining registers and records, insurance administration, coordinating travel and assisting with lease documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
We need someone with great interpersonal skills who is highly organised and can manage their time effectively. You'll be proactive and take initiative and work well to deadlines. We need someone tech savvy with great word processing skills, typing speed, good grammar and accuracy. Familiarity with MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel is a must!
