Bring your design and facilitation skills to this fixed term contract supporting the L&D Manager.
Your new company My client is a well known name in the logistics and freight industry and they have an immediate requirement for someone to join their L&D team to cover a secondment on a six month fixed term contract.
Your new role Working as part of the wider L&D team and reporting to the L&D Manager, you'll be responsible for the design and facilitation of end to end learning solutions in consultation with Stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed With demonstrated experience in L&D, you'll have strong coaching and facilitation skills along with proven experience in designing and implementing learning solutions and will thrive in a busy and complex environment.
You'll have proven ability to build relationships quickly with Stakeholders using well developed influencing and communication skills. You'll enjoy the opportunity to provide support to the L&D Manager where your solutions orientated approach and 'can do' attitude will be welcomed.
This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months to start ASAP and requires someone able to commit to the length of contract
