Your new role
As an experience Support Manager, you will play an active role in the broader management team where you will be leading a team of technical professionals, identifying and providing feedback through 1:1s and coaching. You will also be managing their global support strategy where you will be leading all aspects of customer service and be responsible for managing and developing their customer and website support teams.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience leading IT implementation projects.
  • Customer support experience in a SaaS organisation.
  • Proven management and/or relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and support a Helpdesk function while ensuring resolution rates are best practice.
