Your new role

You will be involved in providing planning advice, preparing consent applications under Resource Management Act as well as processing consents on behalf of councils. You will also be involved in environmental policy, environmental court appeals and court hearings.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ Years' experience in a planning profession, preferably in resource consents, plan changes and multi-lot sub-divisions
• The ability to be thorough with assessments and write clear reports.
• A tertiary qualification in resource and environmental planning
• Strong problem-solving skills
