My client is a leading multi-disciplinary professional services consultancy operating across the South Pacific. They have a need for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join their team supporting through a busy period.
Your new role
Working as part of a small team, you'll provide recruitment and HR support including:
- Reviewing applications
- References and checks
- Offer letters and contracts
- Co-ordinating of on-boarding
- Updating of the HRIS
What you'll need to succeed
You'll also take a lead on the organising and co-ordination of the grad campaign in the new year working closely with stakeholders and the team.
You'll have experience working as an HR Co-ordinator previously with exposure to HR and recruitment. This is a busy role and requires someone able to hit the ground running and pick up some of the workload. With a 'can do' attitude, you'll be able to work autonomously utilising your strong organisational and prioritising skills and get things done.
You'll thrive in a busy environment and will have a confident manner with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract initially and will be reviewed depending on workload.
