Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director, you’ll be the lead of the companies HR services including:
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare and process all transactional HR activities
  • Manage basic ad hoc reports and data uploads
  • Identify and implement improvements of self and team
  • Provide guidance and support on employee related processes
  • Provide training and development to the wider team

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an HR generalist with strong interpersonal skills, in addition to the following key skills:
  • Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Have great organisational skills including prioritisation of work, time management and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great teamwork skills in supporting team members as required
  • HR qualification is desirable
