Your new company

Hays Recruitment is currently seeking Hammerhands to assist local building contractors in Wellington.

Our clients require assistance on some exciting assignments within the construction industry such as residential and commercial new builds, renovations, formwork, framing, gib-fixing, roofing and outside groundwork.

Your new role

You will be joining a team of carpenters and hammerhands with interior and exterior projects throughout the Wellington Region. You will be expected to be on time, be reliable and confident in all aspects of residential and commercial building.

What you'll need to succeed

A current site safe passport will ensure you can start immediately, however training is provided if you do not currently have this. Basic tools required.

What you'll get in return

The hammerhand roles we offer are temporary assignments, however due to the demand for experienced workers, full-time ongoing work is guaranteed if you show you're reliable and hard working.
