Your new role
Due to organic growth and secured projects, our client is now in a position to engage another Foreman to work on a projects in Blenheim.

• Management and supervision of daily site activities
• The delegation of duties, problem solving and liaison with subcontractors
• Running the day to day site activities, distributing of site materials, supervising site trades and labour, liaising with subcontractors, clients, engineer, architects and management
• Responsible for allocation of work, ordering materials and labour, reading plans, set out and generally increasing the productivity
• Working on the tools while managing a team

What you'll need to succeed

• Commercial building trade background
• Previous experience working on variety of projects
• Demonstrated history as a Foreman and leading a team
• Positive attitude, team player with a natural leadership style
• Be in New Zealand and hold a valid working visa
