A well known healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead their team of 15.

Your new role
This role provides support to the group through management of the shared services team and its associated systems.
  • Leading the Accounts Payables, Receivables, Intergroup Recharges and Bookkeeping teams
  • Championing operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Critically reviews processes and systems
  • The role is critical to in ensuring that the group adheres to its contractual obligations and
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience leading high volume transactional teams on a larger scale (10+)
  • 3+ years experience in a large complex business
  • Experience working with large ERP Systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Has a goal oriented focus and strives to deliver
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Providing reasoned solutions to complex problems
