NEW - Temporary Finance Officer role in Wellington CBD

This public sector organisation based in Central Wellington are seeking a Finance Officer to join the team initially on a temporary basis through to September but with the possibility for extension/permanency beyond this.
Your new role
Reporting into the Team Manager and working alongside a friendly and supportive finance team you will ultimately be responsibly for taking care of the Accounts Payable function and more specifically, the company credit cards. Your duties may also cross over with the other team members giving you exposure to the accounts receivable/debtors function along with a number of other accounts admin tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines. You will have excellent customer services skills with a clear communication style both verbal and written.
What you'll get in return
This supportive and flexible team are happy for their employees to work between home and the office but prefer if the entire team is in the office on a Tuesday when possible. You'll be working in lovely open plan offices just a short walk from Wellington's Lambton Quay and within walkable distance to Wellington Rail Station.
