Full time and permanent Finance and contract admin manager based in Porirua

Your new company
Your new company is a private organisation based in the Porirua region who are looking to onboard a Finance and contract admin manager to join the finance team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting directly to the Financial controller and have a total of 2 direct reports. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and articulate running of the Finance admin team along managing of existing and new contracts.

Some of your main responsibility's consist of but are not limited to :
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the accounts receivable process
  • Training of staff
  • Setting up and maintaining contracts through Gensolve
  • Audit billing contracts
  • Communicate with staff nationwide solving billing issues
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need the following
  • Strong understanding of Accounts receivable
  • Experience with contract administration
  • Ideally management experience
  • Experience with GenSolve (preferred but not essential)
