Join a South Island Commercial Maintenance company that is looking to expand due to organic growth. With a major commercial building contract coming up this company has been going from strength to strength.

Your new role
You will be dealing with maintenance and scheduling and keeping track of contractors and subcontractors. You will be supervising around 2-3 staff and will have the ability to get onto the tools every now and then as required. This is a client facing role so you will need to be presentable and confident when liaising with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong technical background with mechanical/HVAC
• Ideally be able to obtain IQP sign off
• Be able to jump on the tools when necessary
• Have some previous supervisor/manager experience
