We're looking for an exceptionally bright, experienced, energetic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our 3 directors across ANZ, Japan and India. We're a fast growing business and whilst the role will be demanding and you will face new challenges every day there is a strong sense of team. Key responsibilities include:
• Management of complex calendars and scheduling
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Act as a liaison for manager’s direct reports
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization



What you'll need to succeed
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including; Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Positive, proactive and able to exercise great judgment
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detailed planning, time management and organisational skills
